No returns due to hygiene

Our earphones go in your ears. As an in-ear product, we can't accept returns under any circumstances — opened or unopened — for hygiene and safety reasons. Please make sure you're confident in your purchase before ordering.


30-day guarantee — faulty or damaged

If your earphones arrive damaged, faulty, or stop working within 30 days through no fault of your own, you get a full refund or free replacement.

We'll respond within 2 business days. Refunds appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Buyers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout — reshipment due to wrong address is at buyer's cost. Parcels returned due to non-collection from Royal Mail can be reshipped at buyer's cost. Cancellations are accepted for a full refund before dispatch only — once tracking is generated, standard policy applies on delivery.
